Privacy Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

This policy explains what Black Forge ("we", "us") collects when you use hagner.dev, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you join the free Discord or apply for Alpha Forge: your first name, email, phone number (if you add one), and your answers to the application questions.
Basic technical information. Your approximate country, browser type, and the page you signed up from. We also count anonymous page events (for example "a visitor reached the pricing section") to improve the site. These counts are not linked to your name.
Payments. Purchases are handled by Whop. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To send you the Discord invite and anything else you asked for.
To contact you about Black Forge by email, and by phone call or text if you gave us your number and agreed to it.
To send marketing about Black Forge products, if you agreed to it.
To understand which parts of the site work, so we can improve it.

Calls and texts

We only call or text a number you gave us with your consent. Consent is never required to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that run Black Forge for us: Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage), Discord (our community and internal notifications), Whop (payments and memberships), and an email provider if we use one to send our emails. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising cookies or ad trackers. The site saves small notes in your own browser (for example, that you already signed up) so it doesn't ask you twice.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, or by asking us.
Reply STOP to texts, or tell us on a call not to call again.
Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by messaging us in the Black Forge Discord or replying to any email from us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're in touch with us or a member, and delete it when you ask us to or when we no longer need it.

Age

Black Forge is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
