Education only

Black Forge teaches you how to build your own trading tools with AI. It is education, not financial advice. We don't give trade signals or trade calls, we don't manage money, and nothing we share is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You make and are responsible for every trading decision.

Risk

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Results shown on this site are our own and are not typical. They are not a promise of what you will earn. Backtested or simulated results have limits and do not represent actual trading.

Memberships and payments

Forge Club is a monthly subscription. It renews every month at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Alpha Forge is a one-time payment.
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds.
Payments and memberships are processed by Whop and are also subject to Whop's terms.

Your use of the material

Lessons, files, prompts, and other material are for your personal use. Don't resell, share, or publish them. We may remove access for anyone who does, without a refund.

Community

Be respectful in the Discord. No spam, no harassment, no selling, and no posting trade calls or signals for others to follow. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.

Tools you build

Indicators, bots, and anything else you build are yours, and so is the responsibility for how you use them. Test everything on a simulated account first. We are not responsible for losses, missed trades, technical failures, or errors in tools you build or run.

Limitation of liability

Black Forge is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Black Forge is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
